Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CovaSky. By using the site, you agree to them. They are short by design — please read them in full.

1. The service

CovaSky is an informational tool. We search and compare travel routes — standard flights, deliberate stopover itineraries, and mixed flight-plus-ground routes — and present the results with links to partner websites. That is the entire service: discovery and comparison.

1a. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use CovaSky. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. No booking contract with us

Using CovaSky does not create a booking, agency, or sales contract between you and us. We do not sell tickets, process payments, issue travel documents, or handle refunds. When you book, your contract is with the airline, transport operator, or booking partner — formed on their website, under their terms and conditions. Read those terms before you pay.

3. Price accuracy

We work hard to show accurate figures, but we make no warranty as to price accuracy, availability, or completeness of any result. Prices change between the moment we fetch them and the moment you reach a partner site. The price shown at checkout on the partner site is the real price.

4. Estimates

Some figures — particularly ground transport segments in Mixed routes — are estimates rather than live quotes. Estimates are clearly labelled as such in results. They exist to help you compare options, not to promise a fare.

You may use CovaSky for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell our results; probe, disrupt, or overload the service; misrepresent your identity to it; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where these rules are broken.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CovaSky and Saas Tech DOOEL are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from bookings made on partner sites — including missed connections, schedule changes, price differences, denied boarding, visa refusals, or unavailable stopover perks. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CovaSky and Saas Tech DOOEL from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party rights.

7b. AI-Generated Content — Double Disclosure

Route suggestions on CovaSky are generated by automated AI algorithms. We also earn affiliate commissions when you book through our links. Both facts are material to how you use this site:

  1. AI generates routes — results are informational, not guaranteed, and may contain errors.
  2. Affiliate links — we earn commission when you book on partner sites, at no extra cost to you.

These facts together are disclosed per FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255, 2023 revision and 2026 enforcement guidance).

8. Third-party sites

Links to partner and third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or conduct. Some links are affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

9. Intellectual property

The CovaSky name, design, and route-discovery presentation are our property. Airline names, operator names, and fares belong to their respective owners and appear for identification and comparison only.

10. Data and privacy

We collect very little personal data — primarily non-identifying analytics and standard server logs, plus your email address only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Because we do not sell tickets or process payments, we never handle payment data. Full details, including the newsletter, are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, where Saas Tech DOOEL is established, and, where applicable, by European Union law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of North Macedonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under EU law or the law of your country of residence.

11a. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

11b. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

11c. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, government actions, or natural events.

We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement contact contact@covasky.com. Include: description of the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We respond within 72 hours and remove infringing content upon valid notice. 11e. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU, nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law or the law of your country of residence. EU consumers retain all statutory rights regardless of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
